  APANP member price to attend all four workshops.
• Carpal Tunnel Workshop - Member Registration – $25.00
  1 hour of CME training for all medical providers on treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
• Carpal Tunnel Workshop - Non-Member Registration – $50.00
  1 hour of CME training the medical provider on treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
• Epicondylitis Workshop - Member Registration – $25.00
  One hour of training on providing care to patients with tennis and golf elbow. 1 hour of CME will be offered.
• Epicondylitis Workshop - Non-Member Registration – $50.00
  One hour of training on providing care to patients with tennis and golf elbow. 1 hour of CME will be offered.
• Join & Attend all workshops – $265.00
  Attend all workshops and get a discounted rate to become a member. The regular member rate is $75. This discount is $65 for one year.
• Orthopedic Workshop on Knee Injection - Non-Member Registration – $50.00
  Techniques will be taught on giving care to patients that need knee injections. 1 hour of CME.

• Toenail Removal Workshop - Member Registration – $25.00
  1 PM - 2 PM learns the techniques of removing toenails properly. 1 hour of CME.
